Certificate of Completion Once you have completed your course material, Blue Tuna will audit your quiz results. You need a 70% or higher to pass a course. Upon conclusion of the audit, Blue Tuna will issue a certificate of completion by email.

1. Notify Blue Tuna by email on the contact page. Please don't call unless it is absolutely necessary to notify us in this manner.

2. Upon receipt of notification of completion by you, Blue Tuna will audit your course work. We audit every course quiz result! You must have a 70% or above to successfully complete a course.

3. Your certificate will come to you by email. The date of completion will be the date of your last quiz result.

4. If you don't hear from us, please notify us by email or phone. Several IAs will wait until the last minute to renew their training and this causes a bit of congestion as you can imagine.
