The quiz result on the 11th course functions as your Certificate of Completion. It includes all the necessary information for your local FSDO. Also there are links in the Certification for the FAA IA Referesher Letters of Approval, along with contact information for us as well as the FAA IA Refresher Coordinator.

1. Notify Blue Tuna by email if you have problems here contact page. Please don't call unless it is absolutely necessary to notify us in this manner.

2. The FAA and Blue Tuna audits course records and quiz results for regulatory compliance.

3. Your certificate will come to you by email. The date of completion will be the date of your quiz result.

4. If you don't hear from us, please notify us by email if at all possible at our contact page. Several IAs will wait until the last minute to renew their training and this causes a bit of congestion as you can imagine. Also we serve many men and women who have been deployed and in the Middle East so we are training 24/7.

5. Report to your local FSDO according to Regulatory Compliance CFR 65.93 Inspection Authorization Renewal.
